We’re proud to present our Strategic Plan for 2024–2028, a roadmap that reaffirms our commitment to promoting and protecting the rights of every child in Malawi. Built on extensive consultations with children, communities, government, and partners, the plan aligns with Malawi 2063, the Child Care, Protection and Justice Act, and international child rights frameworks. It outlines our vision, mission, and five strategic pillars Advocacy and Influencing, Coordination, Institutional Development and Sustainability, Research and Learning, and Cross-Cutting Programming through which we will strengthen child rights governance, amplify children’s voices, and ensure that no child is left behind. This plan is not just our guide, but an invitation to all partners and stakeholders to join us in building a Malawi where every child grows up safe, respected, and empowered.
